Your new company
A charity based in Stirling who carry out essential work within their community. Due to an IT refresh they are looking to hire a rollout engineer to set up new Windows 11 laptops and Android mobile devices.

Your new role
As a rollout engineer you will be responsible for the setup of new Windows 11 Laptops and Android mobile devices. You will install operating systems and set up user accounts as well as ensuring all software is up to date and the correct applications are installed in line with organisation requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following;

• Proficient in various operating systems including Microsoft, Google, and Android, with a grasp of Microsoft's cloud support and administrative tools.
• Familiarity with PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other digital devices and software commonly utilised by the business for service provision.
• Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Intune management software.
• Experience in digital/IT roles with a focus on customer service.
• Strong verbal communication abilities, particularly in providing phone support.
• The temperament to calmly handle and address concerns from frustrated users.
• Competent in recording and reporting tasks accurately.
• Capable of significantly contributing to the advancement of digital/IT services within a challenging and varied work setting.
• Self-motivated and able to initiate tasks independently.
• Proficient in managing time effectively, especially when faced with multiple urgent tasks.

The successful candidate must be able to work 5 days onsite in Stirling
