Technical Trainer Network Operations Centre (NOC)
As the Network Operations Technical trainer, you will be responsible for leading the development of skilled network engineers to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and development of client's network infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in managing the training road maps and identifying areas of improvement as well as new requirements for the engineering staff.
The role will involve communication and collaboration with other departments and our vendors to forecast and produce high quality training plans and content.
Candidates should possess a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills as the key responsibility for this role includes designing and presenting hands-on training lectures, training videos and briefings.
Knowledge and experience required:
Previous experience producing training courses and materials.
Previous experience conducting training sessions with small to medium side groups.
Strong experience with ITSM and CMDB tools.
Strong experience working with Fortinet products especially FortiGate Firewalls.
Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices, including Firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Demonstrable knowledge at CCNP (ENT/DC/SP/SEC) or JNCIP-ENT level
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures (eg, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF).
Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks
