This role is not your standard 9-5. As one of the first UK hires, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's flagship AI-driven product, ensuring its seamless operation and optimal performance for some of the world's biggest brands.

What You'll Do:

- Take Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for all technical support related to the company's AI-optimised scheduling and forecasting platform, providing top-tier support to enterprise clients.

- Work Closely with Stakeholders: You'll be liaising directly with clients, including Software Testers and Solution Architects, to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ensure Excellence: Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the platform's reliability, working autonomously to uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Your Technical Skills:

- Enterprise SaaS Support: You bring hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale SaaS applications, with a deep understanding of software architecture and application performance management.

- Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana will be highly advantageous, helping you to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact clients.

- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS and other cloud-based technologies will significantly benefit your application, as you will be working within a cloud-native environment.

- Troubleshooting Expertise: Proficiency in diagnosing issues across web applications, APIs, and databases is essential.

- Technical Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively explain complex technical matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
