Our leading Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Argent Specialist to join their IT operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising Argent Software systems. This role demands deep technical expertise in Argent Software, alongside a strong understanding of its application in a financial services environment. This is a 6 month daily rate contract with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Argent Software environment, ensuring optimal configuration, performance, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain Argent solutions for server monitoring, job scheduling, and report generation.
• Work closely with IT teams to automate processes and integrate Argent tools with other system management solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any Argent-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution to minimize impact on operations.
• Conduct regular system audits, upgrades, and patches to maintain security and efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures involving Argent Software.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience as an Argent Specialist or extensive experience managing Argent Software systems in a complex IT environment.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure management, particularly within financial services
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments, SQL databases, and network management.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
