JDE B/A - Financials

Support business units with a 2-3-year JDE/MRP implementation program across various operations in addition to continuous improvement projects.
Interact with plant controllers and accounting personnel to help the business unit prepare for and execute the implementation.
Primary responsibilities include:
Configuration, design, development, and troubleshooting of JD Edwards and the corresponding business processes in a fast paced, timeline-driven environment.
Secondary responsibilities include production support at implemented business units.
Work with project team to launch/support both JDE prep at future business units and or implementationat current business unit.
Create or assist others in writing of user documentation, instructions and procedures.
Lead power user training and end user training.
75% or more Travel (Domestic and to Canada)
1-3 years of experience with JDE E1 Financials
Understanding of accounting practices, inventory costing, purchasing, payables and receivables process.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Self-motivated with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
Must be detailed-oriented and process excellent prioritization skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
