Senior IT Support Analyst required for a NEW position with a fast growing software/consulting company that operates in a professional services market.
You will be providing Deskside/IT support to approx. 100 users. The role will also provide support to an Infrastructure Analyst.
As the company is expected to treble in size in the next few years there will be career development opportunities as an team is an IT Support is established. The company is in a in fantastic location within the City/Central London.
As an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst you must have experience of:
- Windows 7/Windows 10
- Microsoft Office; 2010/2013/2016/Office 365
- Active Directory
- Mobile Device Management
- Basic Networking skills - TCP/IP, patching
- Time Recording
- Citrix Remote Access
- Microsoft Exchange Administration
The role will have mentoring of relationship with a Junior IT Support Analyst.
