Oracle Apex Middleware Support| 6 months (Inside IR35)| Fully Remote (Active SC Clearance Required)|
Harvey Nash's Client is recruiting for an Oracle Apex Middleware Support on a 6 month contract.
Main Responsibilities
- L1 through L3 Support
- Middleware support for Oracle Fusion (Weblogic, Web Server etc.)
- Oracle Apex, Fusion support
- Provide FAQ support.
- Update Knowledge base for new incidents.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support (check for integration issues, hardware & software interoperability, error simulation etc.) for incidents.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Implement updates that are raised for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Monitoring of application KPIs for any application related events that may cause business disruption, using existing tools and processes.
- Provide break-fix support to resolve L3 incidents to minimize application downtime.
- Replicate incident in non-Production.
- Analyse application code and/or configuration to identify the errors leading to the incident.
- Identify fixes (for the errors), implement, and test the fixes.
- Follow required processes to implement emergency fixes in Production
Key Requirements
Must have the following experience:
- Active SC Clearance
- Middleware (Weblogic)
- Oracle Apex,
- SQL, PL/SQL
- Azure
