Continuous Improvement Analyst - Hull - up to £50K
One of the UK's 'critical' infrastructure providers and a leading supplier of maritime services to the British economy require a Business Process Analyst to work out of its fabulous Hull office (3 days on-site/days remote).
This company are renowned through the UK for providing an exceptional service to the customers they serve, which range from government, large corporates to individual consumers. A truly unique proposition in the UK market.
To excel in this role, you will already have some experience in process analysis, such as, process mapping and identifying pain points. It will be a bonus, if you possess a Six -sigma, Lean or other CI qualification & practical experiences.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and conducting ongoing analyses to ensure processes are continually meeting business objectives. You will also capture pain points and overall process performance through data analysis, executing root cause analysis where appropriate.
You will also have the opportunity to manage CI projects using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (eg Prince, Agile & Scrum)
