FP&A Analyst
London 2-3 days per week, the rest remote working

We have an exciting new opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to Join Robert Walters as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

The successful candidate will join the world's leading professional services firm in risk, strategy and people.

You will:

• Support the FP&A Leader
• Work with stakeholders in the region to explain the business results, understand the underlying drivers and help predict the future outlook as part of the business' Forecast/Budget processes.
• Present and explain the results and outlook to in-region leadership and Head Office.
• Prepare and distribute various monthly reports and liaises with leaders to answer questions and provide additional reporting solutions as necessary.
• Work with all support services (HR, Operations, Controllership, Legal, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the Company.

Required Skills:

• 1 - 3 years FP&A experience
• Insurance/reinsurance knowledge desirable but not essential
• Ability to navigate Excel and handle data.
• Accounting qualification/or underway.
