We are currently seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Analyst Contractor to join the ops teams at a leading investment bank. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth client onboarding, comprehensive KYC processes, and effective Front Office support.

• Client Onboarding: Manage and execute the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new clients.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): Obtain and verify client information for KYC refresh and new onboardings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Front Office Support: Collaborate with Front Office teams to address client needs, provide sales support, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze requirements for KYC refresh and new client onboardings, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately obtained.

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in client onboarding, Front Office operations, KYC processes, and sales support.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of KYC regulations, compliance standards, and financial services industry best practices.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance processes.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in resolving client issues and improving onboarding processes.
