NEC 4 ECC Supervisor - (12 month Contract)- OUTSIDE IR 35
Location: NW England
Contract: 12 month contract
Start Date: September 24th 2024
On Site: 5 days per week ideally.

Description:

- Work closely with the NEC 4 Project Manager, and Client Project Manager ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders and client's project teams.
- Ensure construction activities are performed in compliance with the project spec and quality standards.
- Stakeholder coordination
- Attend Site meetings, providing updates on site activities and progress.
- Ensure site activities comply with contractual terms and conditions.
- Assist in management of change orders.

Experience Required.
- Experience working on Highways and Transport infrastructure projects. (active Travel/Walkway/Cycleway)
- Experience working across multiple projects valued 100K to 25m desirable.
- Relevant NEC contract/Professional qualifications.
- Knowledgeable in CDM, health and safety and environmental regulations
- Driving license and business insurance
- Appropriate level of CSCS Card.
