HR Business Partner

Permanent - ASAP start

Up to £60,000 per annum

London - Full Time - Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious, London based, Russell Group University, as part of a high performing People/HR team.

This large, innovative HR function, pride themselves on their service delivery across world leading research faculties, and with world class benefits and opportunities for development this a great permanent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career within Business Partnering.

We're looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner, to join sub-team of 4, reporting to a Head of HR, supporting a large department of approx. 1000 staff.

In this HR Business Partner role, your remit will combine a true blend of strategic and operational responsibilities;

  • Adding value to key stakeholders to support their strategic people objectives
  • Advising and coaching leadership/line management around the full employee life cycle
  • Management of sensitive/complex ER casework
  • Workforce Planning and Talent Management
  • Development and Implementation of People Plans
  • Implementation of ED&I strategies
  • Working collaboratively with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services on strategic projects and people initiatives

This opportunity requires a true business partner, who can work in a strategic capacity supporting on HR projects, managing senior stakeholders, whilst also fulfilling the day to day operational needs.
