Role Overview:
As a Transformation Lead, you will be instrumental in executing the M&A roadmap. Your focus will be on delivering key projects, scoping initiatives, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned with the objectives. You will be responsible for converting ideas into actionable plans and driving their implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of projects across the M&A portfolio, overseeing discussions and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with various teams to problem-solve and develop strategies that meet corporate goals.
• Prepare and present compelling PowerPoint presentations to senior stakeholders, utilising strong visual communication skills.
• Performing data analysis to support business cases, helping to inform decision-making processes.
• Formulate proposals and action plans that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and M&A initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within the Organisation Development department to support transformation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Big 4 consulting, ideally as an Associate or Senior Associate, is essential.
• Proven experience in M&A processes and organisational development.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to developing proposals and strategies that drive transformation.
