S4 EWM On-Site Support Lead - Sofia, BG - 6months +

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an S4 EWM On-Site Support Lead for a project with one of the largest FMCG companies globally.

Role Description:

Cutover/Testing/Training Support per Plant:

• Provide local language capabilities and onsite availability for testing, training, and cutover activities.
• Lead the training for SMEs (subject matter experts).
• Support onsite the SMEs on testing.
• Support onsite the SMEs for cutover activities.
• Support the SMEs for end-user training.
• Support data validation and pre-cutover activities.
• Support hypercare period as the first contact for SMEs for issue-solving and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the cutover, testing, and training processes onsite.
• Supervise and support SMEs in their respective tasks.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the training and cutover cycle and implement best practices.
• Ensure the effective use of SAP S4/HANA for EWM processes, troubleshooting any system-related issues.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track performance.
• Address and resolve any issues related to the training and cutover process in a timely manner.
