We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Criminal Investigation Officer for one of their Clients based in Manchester.
IR35: This role is Inside of IR35
Role Description:
As a Criminal Investigator your main responsibilities would be:
Assisting with ongoing investigations.
Preparation of court cases & packs.
Accessing, interpreting, and using communications data
Digital media download processes and interpretation of resultant data
Use of analytical software, particularly CHORUS' to drive investigations.
Training and mentoring of new recruits, specifically in the Policing Education Qualification Framework (PEQF)
You'll have relevant experience in:
Building evidential cases, following relevant lines of enquiry, liaising with intelligence officers and analysts
Using digital forensic technology to examine and analyse mobile devices
Chorus Analytical Software to simplify and enhance the integrity of data
Mentoring new recruits.
You'll have the following Qualifications/Skills:
Professionalising Investigation Programme Accreditation or achieved via grandfather rights
