My leading client is looking for a contract D365 CRM Manager to help the business the design and implementation of a CRM D365 platform across the business specifically around Marketing and Sales areas. You will work closely with the Marketing Managers to develop the end-to-end lead and prospect nurturing journeys, including sales qualified leads (SQLs) and marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through to sales conversion.
The role will focus on utilising and optimising the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform structure and architecture to ensure that it creates value and engagement for all cohorts and captures and builds all required information at key points in the customer life cycle. Proactively identifying any capability gaps, data integration requirements and working with IT to resolve those issues and make it fit for purpose.
