Lorien are currently working with a professional services organisation who are currently looking for a Event/Office Coordinator to join an established team to support their external services.

Reporting directly into the Event Service Manager, you will coordinate regular activities such as:

  • Managing internal booking system Scheduler
  • Provide reporting using MS Excel
  • Checking the portal that all information about services are correct and users are using appropriately
  • Support implementation of new customers
  • Support user requirements
  • Assisting with review of technical and operational issues.
  • Liaising with relevant parties for action points and providing a resolution
  • Managing and updating internal MS SharePoint
  • Collaborating and maintaining good working relationships with internal, external colleagues, customers and suppliers

Must have experience:

  • Project Administration/Event Management Experience
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Excel
  • Good attention to detail

*Flexible to extended working hours (some events will have varied starting and finishing times)*

The salary is paying up to £30,000 depending on experience based on a 35 hour week Monday to Friday. 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday, birthday day off, 5% pension that increases on years of service, hybrid working, finish early every 2nd and last Friday of each month, EV car scheme and further benefits

The role will be on a hybrid basis with at least 2 days a week in the office in Bradford.
