Experis are working with a public sector client seeking an experienced Lead Commercial/Contracts Manager with public sector complex contracts experience.

The Role:

• Developing effective customer relationships and negotiating independently.
• Managing and understanding contracts in Matrix organisations.
• Management of large and complex contracts.
• Knowledge of public sector government contracts.
• CPCM is a must

Responsibilities include:

- Work with commercial colleagues, to define the negotiation and/or procurement process for the future. This includes the design of the new specification for services;

- Deliver the necessary negotiation and or procurement process;

- Oversee mobilisation of the new contract

- Manage the operational contract
