Senior Machine Learning Engineer Opportunity

Lynx Recruitment are currently working with a global IT consultancy and Google Cloud Premier Partner that specialises in cloud strategy and migration, cloud hosting, big data and machine learning.

They are looking to add an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to their team.

• London, Remote working
• £75,000 - £85,000

Key responsibilities:

• Consistently produce high-quality work
• Manage and document projects efficiently
• Make strategic decisions and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop AI/ML solutions to optimize productivity, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth
• Stay current with emerging trends and seek development opportunities
• Advocate for innovative solutions and share knowledge across the organization
• Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery by identifying efficiency opportunities
• Demonstrate resilience in handling ambiguous problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and challenges
• Define and implement AI/ML solutions with colleagues

Experience:

• Ideally degree educated within an IT or Business related field
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms
• Experience in building and developing cloud-based solutions, compute technologies, storage, and AI architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, C++, and Front End languages like JavaScript (React, Angular, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems (eg, Git), software development tools (eg, IDEs, CI/CD pipelines), and Front End development is highly desirable
