Bid Project Manager/Lead - Workflow - Presales - Contract Management - Stakeholder management - Hybrid

Empiric have received an exciting opportunity for Bid Project Manager/Lead with experience in supporting a Pre-sales team with contract creation & amendments. Also support on the bid process and the pre-sales process.

The client is looking for a Bid Project Manager/Lead to coordinate approval processes including Support Budgetary Estimate, Draft Statement of Work/Enterprise Services Work Order etc. Also reviewing and monitoring draft contracts

Furthermore, Bid Project Management Lead will identify and solve issues including third-party dependencies., work with Contract assistance team & RMG team for various requirements. Plus manage documents & personnel using various systems as per client's business.

This position will require the candidate to work in Budapest on a Hybrid basis. Travel allowance will be paid for days spent in Budapest
