RED, on behalf of a Leading Global partner are currently searching for an Digital Specialist for a long term project.

Position: Digital Specialist

Location: Waregem, Belgium

Duration: till Jan 2025 + extension

Start: ASAP

Capacity: 8h a day; 5 days a week

Job Description:

Deliverables

• Maintain the data pipeline for marketing platforms and oversee the Client website along with other websites.
• Aid in enhancing the performance of lead generation campaigns through data and integrations. (data dashboards, Hubspot integrations, Umbraco)
• Provide digital support to Marketing Specialists and Sales
• Analyse and automate workflows and processes to decrease workload and costs.
• Coordinate with partners,
• Support and maintain real estate platforms (Immosites).
• Ensure data quality in compliance with GDPR, consent, transparency, and accessibility.

Requirements:

• Work with the Umbraco CMS. You are either familiar with this CMS or can learn it quickly.
• You can write APIs.
• You have knowledge of HubSpot,
• You can optimize processes between HubSpot and ODS.
• You enjoy creating dashboards and can quickly extract data from GA4 and other sources for the marketing specialist.
• You assist Officers in bulk uploading items to the CMS.
• You assess the impact of major changes on the website.
• You oversee the integration between SAP and the website.
• You advise on what adjustments need to be made in SAP to ensure the systems communicate effectively.
• You are part of the Marketing team, not IT.
