• Enhancement and advancement of internal HCM-SF processes.
• Support for SAP HCM modules: PA, PT, PY, OM, Fiori, and travel expense management.
• Assistance with SAP SF modules: EC, PMGM, and LMS.
• Designing and implementing effective solutions within the HR IT environment.
• Independent (or partial) project management in SAP initiatives.
• Handling 2nd and 3rd level support, documentation tasks in the SAP HCM/SF context, and assisting SAP key users.
