A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Audio Visual Specialist to join our London based global law firm on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Senior Audio Visual Specialist/AV/Audio Visual

Lead project delivery working with third-party AV integrators, standardising the delivery process and documentation, and ensuring these standards are adhered to.
Provide third-line support of the AV services globally, building the capability in the second- and first-line teams, acting as a mentor to upskill the teams.
Work with the regional Technology colleagues to strengthen the local teams' capability to support the AV services in the firm so that collectively we can provide the best service to the clients, lawyers, and business teams
Experience managing projects with the AV integrators and room commissioners.
Knowledge of hybrid event spaces including platforms like vMix, audio, video, and lighting equipment in both digital and analogue.
Experience in AV technologies and systems (Audio Systems & Processing such as Amps, DSPs, mics, and audio reinforcement, Ceiling Array Microphones (Sennheiser/Shure), display systems, and video conferencing solutions (Cisco and Interoperability)
Have practical experience in installing and configuring AVoIP technologies such as Crestron NVX, Lightware Taurus, configuring and troubleshooting Dante-enabled network devices.
Good understanding of network principles, such as VLANs, DHCP, Subnets, ACLs, Firewalls, and patching
Have team leading and mentoring experience.
An effective communicator, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, and adapt styles as situations require.
