Job Description:

We are seeking an Architect/consultant with a strong background in the TM Forum and MEF frameworks to join our team. This role is crucial in transforming how our client engage with customers and partners ensuring solutions are adhering to MEF and TMF Standards. You will work closely with both the product and development teams, serving as a bridge to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Framework Expertise:

• Leverage your deep understanding of TM Forum and MEF (Metro Ethernet Forum) frameworks to guide the development of API-driven solutions that align with industry standards and drive enterprise digital transformation.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with product teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs, focusing on automation and efficiency within the Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) domain.

Requirement Translation:

• Act as the intermediary between product managers and software developers, translating technical requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.

Telecom Standards Alignment:

• Utilize your knowledge of telecom standards to integrate and optimize operating journeys, such as customer quoting, order placement, and billing automation.

Support & Monitoring:

• Oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring that solutions are effectively supported, monitored, and continuously improved.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure that all technical solutions align strategic goals and technical capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Experience :

• Proven experience working with TM Forum and MEF frameworks, particularly in the context of Telecoms standards.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of network architecture, with the ability to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects that meet both business and technical objectives.
