My client based in Norfolk is currently on the search for a Programme Recruitment Manager to join and become productive for initially 3 months. The selected candidate will be managing the activities and recruitment budgets of the Programme Recruitment Team and be responsible for all end-to-end recruitment activity and budget management. To direct which methods of recruitment are to be used for each role being recruited.

This role is paying £24 per hour, PAYE. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days on site minimum.

Skills and Experience needed:

- Experience of managing recruitment in a large organisation
- Knowledge of General Employment Law relating to Recruitment activity and administration
- Team management experience
- E-recruitment systems experience
- Able to manage cross functional projects.
