Our clients are looking for an application support technician with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to assist their customers with support queries about the ERP software.
The successful applicant will have experience and knowledge of business processes and will have worked with an ERP system before, ideally in a support desk environment. Some understanding of Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MRP, Financials, Bookkeeping or Stock is essential.
The role will involve opening service calls in the ERP system, logging the issue, and resolving it. As you progress you will get involved in upgrades, installations and training customers.

Essential Skills
- Experience with ERP systems and applications. (eg Priority, SAP, Epicor, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Winman).
- Capable of rapidly understanding business and system processes with customers.
- A strong sense of ownership regarding the product and issues arising from its use.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Work well under pressure.
- Good problem solving skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a support desk environment.

- Network skills
- Development/Coding
