The Graduate Implementer would be paying up to £30,000.
Your Role
Are you passionate about enhancing system efficiency and optimising workflows? We have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Developer to make a real impact. As part of our clients team of ERP implementors, you will report to the operations manager.
The role requires a hands-on problem-solving ERP expert, along with supporting the current environments you will analyse systems, design workflows, and develop innovative solutions that help our clients thrive.
From creating application tables and functions to integrating third-party software, your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our clients' operations. You will work with the team on new implementations at our customers across the UK.
Your Responsibilities
- Ownership of new ERP implementations
- Work through an implementation life cycle incorporating
- Business process analysis, design or re-engineering
- Application Specification
- Requirements gathering
- Functionality design
- Development (SQL, Oracle, or other languages)
- Testing
- Training
- Go-live support
- Project Planning
- Project budget management
- Onsite - presales with the support of the sales team
Your background
As a graduate, you will hold a degree in Business Computing, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
In addition, you will possess the following knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge and experience in programming and structured development techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or similar business software.
- Proficiency in relational database querying, including SQL and similar language.
- Experience with web technologies like REST API, HTTPS, Python, JavaScript, React, and more.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adept at multitasking between projects and shifting priorities
- Flexible, methodical, and organised
- Self-reliant, self-motivating, able to work with minimum supervision
- Enthusiastic and conscientious
- Responsive and quick learner
