We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Architect or Business Analyst with extensive experience in testing activities within an agile environment to join our team in Bern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document the overall context of the Software Quality Assurance process, working closely with Quality Masters to ensure adherence to specifications and guidelines.
- Develop solution proposals and decision bases to better integrate the Software Quality Assurance process with the Incident Management process.
- Create the technical basis and documentation for the use of metrics in the software quality assurance process.
- Support the implementation of these metrics in tools such as dashboards and delivery pipelines, and create practical application documentation.
- Assist in the creation of requirement specifications and solution approaches for a dashboard solution to determine automatically executed test cases.
- Elicit, review, and document business needs and expectations regarding test responsibilities for new team types, including Regression Testing Teams (RTT) and Value Proposition Teams (VPT).
- Design solutions for how RTT and VPT teams should fulfil their testing responsibilities.
- Accompany and support RTT and VPT teams during implementation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting the results of these communications.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing activities within an agile environment.
- Proven track record in analysing and documenting software quality assurance processes.
- Strong ability to develop and implement metrics and integrate them into existing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
