Senior Developer - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, this is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days required in the office each week.

On top of an excellent salary, the role offers a car allowance (£4,500 per annum) as well as a 12.5% bonus, Life Assurance, Life Insurance, Private Medical cover, Learning & Development, On-site canteen, parking, spacious and modern offices.

In a nutshell, our client seeks someone who has hands on development skills, not just managing the function, they will be coding themselves - you must have recent development experience, covering .NET and API's.

Furthermore, experience of working in cross-functional teams, a self-starter, motivated, as well as holding good people management skills and have a vision for the future.

Senior Developer - Key Skills:

• Expert coding skills in ASP.NET Core and .NET ecosystems and tools including C#, Visual Studio, and .NET CLI
• Experienced in automated CI/CD pipelines eg Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and Agile delivery techniques
• Substantial knowledge and experience of API design and development
• In depth experience of using API integration technologies, eg REST, SOAP
• Ability to apply secure coding principles eg OWASP, Threat Modelling
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and coding standards eg loosely coupled, testable code
• Familiarity with API Platforms/Tools, eg Swagger, Postman
• The ability to build and lead an effective and engaged team delivering high quality code and systems
