PAM/IAM Analyst - West Midlands - circa £40,000 plus package - Hybrid
Inclusive Tech Recruitment's large enterprise client is looking for a PAM/IAM Senior Analyst who will assist IT Systems Access, ensuring the consistent delivery of a high-quality operational service. Your focus will be to ensure the team provides first-class IT support to the business, ensuring all team members meet defined SLAs and standards, and adhere to all processes and policies to deliver effective customer service.
You will assist the IT Systems Access Lead in maintaining user access, risk, governance, policies, and procedures. This role will involve being a subject matter expert in PAM and IAM administration.
You will play a significant role in a successful access management function and will be pivotal in driving improvements to enhance control and reduce risk.
Key responsibilities are:
- You will support the PAM/IAM Service, including incident management, processes, and documentation, as well as working with third-party support.
- Managing the end-to-end PAM process, including privileged user onboarding and offboarding, and providing temporary/persistent privileged access.
- Monitoring and reviewing PAM Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
- Maintaining and reviewing system access levels, permissions, and privileges.
- Maintaining Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) and Exchange Administration.
- Managing User Access Reviews and Job Role Based Matrices.
- Performing system administration tasks such as user setup, amendments, and deletions as and when required (maintaining starters, transfers, and leavers for IAM and PAM).
- Identifying and providing support, training, and guidance to the IT Systems Access Analysts.
Skills and experience required:
- Support driving PAM/IAM improvements.
- Experience with PAM/IAM concepts such as RBAC, Toxic combinations management,
- privileged access management and monitoring.
- Knowledge of PAM/IAM Access control domains including the tools, techniques and procedures used.
- A strong commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service.
- The role requires the on- going development of systems access by maintaining and
- supporting test and training versions of the systems where needed.
- The job holder is responsible for planning the workload and resources for self and others.
- The job holder may be requested to contribute to the formulation of project plans.
