Responsibilities:
- Management and further development of operational quality at the client's site
- Increasing the quality and reactivity of customer and field complaints through the systematic use of QRQC and intensifying customer contacts using the respective databases
- Systematic analysis of field failures to determine corrective actions throughout the supply chain and to better allocate failure costs
- Internal and external coordination and handling of complaints that pose a significant technical and/or commercial risk
- Planning and monitoring of release tests for new parts and products as well as participation in the creation and release of technical documentation
- Negotiation of field damage losses and recourse factors with customers
- Support, implementation and planning of external and internal audits
- Support, maintenance and further development of the internal quality management system
- Preparation of monthly reporting of quality indicators and reporting to management
- Budget responsibility
- Support of the departments in all quality matters
Requirements:
- Completed studies in engineering or comparable
- Relevant professional experience in the quality sector
- Knowledge of quality tools (FTA/PDCA, QRQC, 8D method, FMEA, SPC) and quality standards (IATF 16949)
- Problem-solving skills, confident demeanor, determination, openness, communication skills, initiative
- Proficient in German and English
- Traveling
