Role: SAP Test Designer/Tester - Advanced (focus: MM/SRM/VIM)

Start: 02.09.2024

Duration: 31.10.2024 (+ possible extension)

Location: Remote, on site in Nuremberg (approx. 20%)

Language: German

Tasks:

The tasks and activities of the A23-ERP-Logistics department include:

• The technical operation of the modules SRM, SLC and MM (ECC) as well as the technically error-free integration into the modules PSM, FI and VIM by OpenText in the ECC of the SAP system
• Application support and technical support for all users of the ERP logistics IT process in the operational ordering process and at management level
• Technical and business-compliant further developments due to manufacturer updates and business requirements
• Ensuring the technical basis for the mandatory technology change to S/4HANA (end of maintenance for Legacy system 12/2027)

RfCs/work packages to be implemented and commissioning of the external service provider:

• Specification, execution and documentation of system tests and regression tests, taking into account the processes, methods and tools in the IT system house (eg Solution Manager, CBTA)
• Creation and execution of system tests, system integration tests, regression tests, error night tests for SAP SRM, MM and Invoice Management (invoice processing)
• Creation and execution of automated tests (CBTA, etc.)
• Test case management, test case documentation and evaluation
• Preparation of test data
• Activities in the test case/test data/test user quality environment
• Carrying out technical reviews of requirements documents as part of test case creation
• Estimation of test efforts
• Creation and follow-up of error messages
• Reporting of test results
• Planning, controlling and prioritizing test activities
• Preparation of load tests (test users, test data)
• Concept creation
• Process and quality optimization in the test environment
• Test case consolidations

Special requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SAP Invoice Management
• In-depth knowledge of specialist SAP modules MM, SRM, SLC
• In-depth knowledge of SolMan CBTA
• Basic knowledge of the tools Jaws and Lunar or willingness to learn them
