Required: AV Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Full time on site in Southampton
Duration: 6 months +
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

- The role itself encompasses as a AV Technician, Supporting meeting rooms, board room and auditorium.
- Managing/planning events, service requests and planned changes, Proven track record of providing support to user estate all the way up to director level is essential.
- This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
- Capable of taking ownership of complex cases and managing end to end resolution.
