Are you an experienced Pricing Modelling specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and inclusive team? Our client is seeking a Pricing Risk Modelling Analyst to join their Pricing Development team and contribute to the development of competitor and demand models. In this role, you will utilise your advanced modelling skills and ability to apply various pricing modelling techniques, ideally using R and WTW Radar software.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development, implementation, and testing of general insurance demand and competitor models to ensure effective market understanding
• Collaborating with others to create innovative projects and solutions
• Providing subject matter expertise and guiding others in best practises
• Managing a small team and coaching them to achieve exceptional results

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a Pricing team, with a personal accountability for the technical development of modelling
• Direct involvement in building pricing models, including end-to-end design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
