SAP PMO Lead

Location: Spain and Remote

Employment Type: Contract - 6 months

Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish - Must be based living in Spain

We are embarking on a significant ERP transformation programme to streamline our operations and improve efficiency. To support this initiative, we are seeking a talented SAP PMO Lead who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

The SAP PMO Lead will play a crucial role driving the SAP ERP transformation programme within Spain, partnering with very busy workstream leads & helping them with project management tasks.

Key responsibilities;

• Responsible for detailed programme planning in partnership with workstream leads & business resources - ensuring all milestones, deliverables & dependencies are clear with status & blockers/risks to achieve them.
• Responsible for programme governance, status reporting & RAID.
• Provide assistance to Business Change Lead to ensure successful deployment within the business.
• Responsible for building and maintaining an accurate finance tracker detailing actuals & forecast - monthly checking of invoices against actuals expected & reforecasting.
• Relationship management & stakeholder engagement with transformation portfolio, delivery & business stakeholders.
• Timely escalation & resolution of risks/issues to the timelines, budget & scope.
• Management of PMO team in country.
• Drive visibility of clear status from all workstreams & help the teams in providing accurate reporting/issues.

Key skills/experience required;

• Must have experience in senior PMO or Programme role on 2 major SAP deliveries (minimum)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Hands on Project Management & Planning experience
• Demonstrable relationship & stakeholder engagement experience - the candidate needs to be great with people and influencing, taking initiative and ensuring a way forward can be achieved as a team effort
• Demonstrable experience of status reporting into executive leadership teams - C Suite level
• Strong experience in partnering with very busy workstream leads & helping them with project management tasks

Circa Euros 650 euro per day/Must be based living in Spain
