Pricing Manager

£65,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join their team in the Insurance space. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring actuarial oversight and technical pricing excellence for the entire organisation, which serves over 2.1 million members.

What You'll Do:

• Influence and challenge senior executives, providing oversight to delivery and growth plans.
• Drive the successful delivery of pricing strategy, initiatives, and development across the division.
• Lead programme execution to deliver on critical initiatives and commitments.
• Stay informed about regulatory pricing changes and communicate their impact to the business.
• Conduct detailed statistical analysis using actuarial modelling techniques to support the renewal pricing strategy.
• Provide predictive analysis and accurate forecasting to support business decisions.
• Manage and develop a team of pricing analysts to provide timely and accurate analysis.

What You'll Need:

• Skilled analytical thinker with the ability to handle competing priorities and complex dynamics.
• Extensive pricing experience and expertise in relevant fields such as finance, insurance, or banking.
• Excellent technical knowledge of pricing and analytical techniques.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical modelling software (eg, Emblem and Radar) is advantageous.
