IO Associates seeks a Facilities Management Customer Interface for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the facilities site manager and building custodians to define and implement an effective site/building process confirmation routine, ensuring proper action follow-up.
• Oversee action recording, ensuring timely follow-up and communication of updates on FM topics to relevant business areas.
• Serve as the primary FM interface at local business-level working groups as needed.
• Assist the facilities site manager in handling reactive or unplanned daily issues that arise across the plant.
• Support the facilities site manager and Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on EHS topics requiring action or improvement, coordinating efforts when necessary.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in facility management or building and construction is required, preferably within a factory or production facility.
• Strong communication skills, along with excellent customer relations and stakeholder management abilities, are essential.
• The ideal candidate should be dynamic with strong problem-solving skills.
