Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Architect/Consultant to support a key public sector client transitioning from their current 'People Hub' platform, which manages HR-related activities such as expenses and holiday requests. The client is currently exploring ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics as their platform of choice. The selected candidate will play a critical role in advising the client on the suitability and integration of the solution within their existing ecosystem, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct a thorough assessment of the client's current 'People Hub' platform and HR processes.
    • Advise on the suitability of Microsoft Dynamics as a replacement, considering the client's specific needs and objectives.
    • Collaborate with Triad's team to provide a comprehensive evaluation of both platforms (ServiceNow and Dynamics) and recommend the most suitable solution.
  • Solution Architecture:
    • Design a robust Microsoft Dynamics architecture that aligns with the client's strategic goals and technical requirements.
    • Ensure the proposed architecture integrates seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
    • Develop high-level design documents, including data models, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with key stakeholders, including client leadership, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, present findings, and provide expert guidance on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
    • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Implementation Planning:
    • Develop a detailed implementation roadmap, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Provide hands-on support during the initial phases of implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and successful project delivery.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Support:
    • Provide knowledge transfer sessions to the client's internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics platform post-implementation.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting during the transition period.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Architect/Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful ServiceNow implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platform capabilities, including HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Experience in assessing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics with existing enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and its integration with other platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with public sector clients is highly desirable.

  • Work on high-impact projects with a meaningful purpose, contributing to positive change in society.
  • Competitive contract rate with opportunities for future engagements.
