CLAIMS HANDLER
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with 2 years of experience in claims processing, to join a growing claims team. You will be given training in various lines of insurance to become a Claims Handler.
KEY SKILLS:

THE ROLE:
You will handle claims across various products, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. Maintain an efficient diary system to track and chase claims and develop a comprehensive understanding of Acturis. Provide claims information and reports to the broking department and clients, manage complex claims according to company procedures, and communicate effectively with clients and insurers. Produce Management Information (MI) and claims reports as needed, meet with clients to present claims information, undertake ad-hoc tasks as requested by management, and continuously update your CPD to keep skills and knowledge current.
THE CANDIDATE:
