Application Support Engineer
Application Support, 2nd/3rd line level, CRM Support, Document Management Support, ERP Support, Finance/HR support, Database support, Day to day support, Project work such as Process Change Management, 3rd party, Stakeholder engagement, Permanent, Nottingham based but remote working 3 days a week, so 2 days per week onsite. Different levels considered - £35-40k.
Lithium3 have exclusively partnered with a Nottingham based company who really invest in their people and regularly feature in Top 100 Sunday Times list. They have built an Application support capability to sit between service desk and Infrastructure within the Service Delivery department. The purpose of the roles is to deal with both day to day support tickets on their main applications (CRM, ERP, Database) and also to work with change management (business) and the application system 3rd party partners to implement changes/bespoking of the applications to suit/improve functionality. You would be part of a team of 4 Application support engineers. We will consider people of different levels (salary/experience wise).
We require someone who has a strong sense of customer service, so good communication skills are key. We need people to be pro-active and very solution led in your way of thinking. It also key to be able to write quality documentation.
Hours are 9am - 5pm with no out of hours support.
