THE ROLE:
The role involves managing complex insurance programs, delivering exceptional client service, and leading a growing team of insurance professionals. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to address their intricate needs, guiding and developing your team while overseeing tender processes, and driving operational improvements. You will ensure high service standards, maintain data integrity, and advocate for change to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of people management experience or 3 years leading project teams in the insurance or reinsurance sectors, with a deep understanding of global insurance operations and complex program management. They should demonstrate proven leadership abilities, strong people management skills, and excellent communication, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Flexibility is key, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office and up to 3-4 days on-site during peak periods.
