Job Title: Computer Technician
Location: On-site Monday-Friday (Teesside)
CPS Group are working with a leading Financial Services company based in Teesside who have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Computer Technician professional.
The ideal candidate will have great knowledge of computer hardware and software, and able to diagnose issues. This role will assist all personnel in the use of the computing and telecommunication resources through one-on-one local or remote support, development of processes and procedures, written instructions, and training.
The role:
* Responding to tickets, emails, and calls for technical support
* Support internal teams by identify and resolving problems
* Support Microsoft network including Office365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Cloud, and browsers
Essential Skills/experience:
* Previously worked in a customer/client support facing role
* Experienced in Active Directory
* MCSE certification or equivalent certifications
