I'm looking to speak with individuals who can influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. You will have the opportunity to drive technology innovation and provide insights on the technology landscape. You should be able to demonstrate how you would drive continuous improvement, increasing both efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Planning and Architecture team, driving continuous improvement, enhancing both efficiency and quality

Work in conjunction with senior stakeholders to execute your vision and strategy

Develop and maintain short and long term IT strategies

Oversee enterprise architecture and standards

Balance short term priorities with long term objectives to ensure they are within budget and technologically feasible

Drive technology innovation through market analysis and insights

Understand the business requirements and demonstrate how technology can help them be achieved

Provide leadership and guidance to your 2 direct reports

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication skills

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation

Adaptable leadership style to meet the different needs of the business

Ability to develop and mentor staff

Desired experience with:

Process improvements

Strategic planning

Architectural blueprints
