Lynx Recruitment are representing an energy technology business close to Bath, to recruit for an R&D Project Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Write requirements docs and develop project plans
• Liaise with engineering on timelines, costs and risks
• Conduct hands-on qualification testing and field trials
• Perform failure analysis and generate test reports/QA docs
• Create clear customer documentation

Requirements:

• Multidisciplinary knowledge across mechanical, electronics, software
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
