Leading Energy Innovation Company Seeks Battery Cell Test Engineer

Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing renewable energy solutions! Lynx is working with a growing company in Oxford who are seeking an experienced Battery Cell Test Engineer to play a crucial role in their expanding cell testing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Execute internal and external battery test programmes
• Liaise with customers to define test plans and deliver results
• Manage day-to-day testing operations in our state-of-the-art laboratory
• Analyse and report on test data
• Contribute to company development and strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in battery or cell testing
• Hands-on experience with cyclers (eg, Maccor, Neware, Basytec, Ivium)
• Strong understanding of safe cell handling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for customer interactions
• Experience with Matlab or other programming languages (preferred)
