Experienced Senior Planner required for an immediate start!

Overview:

• 6-8 months
• Hybrid working (2 days on site per week)
• MRTPI or equivalent required
• Immediate start
• £40 p/h Umbrella- Inside IR35

Our Local Government Client in Essex seek a capable Senior Planner o contribute to their driven and growing team focused on supporting Local Plan execution

You will be required to:

• Working at pace on the delivery of new policy
• support the Local Plan preparation
• Evidence gathering and assimilation
• Policy development
• Providing baseline data and detailed analysis of evidence to inform decisions
• Working on PPAs and allocations as part of this rol

You will require:

• MRTPI Qualified (or equivalent) Policy Planner
• Local Plan experience would be ideal (we are currently up to regulation 18)

Key Tasks below:

• Evidence gathering and assimilation.
• To work on the Local Plan preparation.
  • Policy development
  • Baseline data and detailed analysis of evidence to inform decisions.
  • There is scope to work on PPAs and Allocations
