Paid Media Specialist
CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a household-name, global brand to appoint a Supervisor for their Paid Social & Biddable Media team. The Supervisor will play a key role in the management of biddable campaigns, looking after the design, implementation and report of in-house performance campaigns.
The role will work cross-functionally with the wider Paid Digital Marketing team, AdTech & Analytics team where required and will encompass all paid UK & EMEA activity across the organisation.
Role Requirements
* Play a leading role in the management of branded biddable campaigns
* Design, implement and report on in-house performance campaigns
* Clearly articulate and explain campaign tactics and outcomes to a wide-ranging (often not technically savvy) audience
* Partner with stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into effective paid performance plans
* Ensure campaigns are aligned with content and business objectives
* Provide insight and knowledge on biddable paid media
* Review and critique incoming content to ensure it is fit for purpose
* In-house campaign activation (incl. schedule, test & launch)
* Track campaigns and optimise where required
* Assist in the reporting, measuring and tracking of paid campaign activity
* Assist other teams with activations and optimisations of their paid campaigns
* Keep abreast of emerging social channels and trends, making recommendations based this
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years (minimum) working across biddable media platforms
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of paid/biddable channels and management platforms
* Experience working on paid social campaigns (either agency or in-house)
* Experience working with retail (or entertainment) brands
* Creative thinker with a breadth of understanding in digital marketing
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent creative and copywriting skills
* A pro-active team player who is also comfortable working autonomously
