We are looking for a motivated training specialist to join our team. As a training specialist for AML and Sanctions you will be responsible for helping us design a multi-year training strategy and revamp our training program. This role requires a sound understanding of AML/CTF and Sanctions and the ability to effectively deliver training content to employees at all levels within the group.

Responsibilities:

You will take the lead in/contribute to the design of our AML/CTF and Sanctions training strategy and help us define our training program, review the training material, and deliver training content using different formats. You will closely work with the Sanctions and AML Regulatory Advisory team and with the wider Compliance & Ethics department.

Duties include:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop training programs that meet the specific needs of the companies entities
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, E-learning modules, and awareness campaigns on AML/CTF and Sanctions
• Contribute to the design of the multi-year AML/CTF and Sanctions training strategy
• Deliver training sessions (classroom) targeted to the specific needs of different business areas in an engaging manner
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, etc.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of AML/CTF and Sanctions training library
• Assist in the preparation of the Financial Crime Week

Competencies:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs on AML/CTF and/or Sanctions in the financial services sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way. Your communication skills should also include active listening, asking open-ended questions, and providing feedback
• Ability to connect with the audience, understand their needs and perspectives, and adjust your training style and material accordingly
