You

As the Procurement Specialist, you'll be joining at a pivotal time - the business is going through a shift in their technology landscape, and embarking on a journey towards AI, which will revolutionise their offering to the industry. This is a brand new position, joining a growing team, you will champion the technology category for procurement across the business globally.

You will be part of the central procurement team, working very closely with the procurement manager and IT teams to assist on RFP evaluations, contract negotiations, tendering and on-boarding suppliers. Covering all SaaS/Software platforms, Cloud, Licensing and other IT services.

Experience

• Strong experience across RFP tendering.
• Experience in handling complex contract negotiation.
• Proven understanding of software licensing models (COTS and SaaS), public cloud hosting and various other IT services.
• Ability to review and assess supplier contracts and pricing structures, identifying ways to mitigate cost where possible.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with all levels.
