Key Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the development and execution of our legal technology strategy.
• Represent the firm at industry events, showcasing our achievements in legal
• Oversee both internally developed and externally sourced solutions, ensuring they meet the firm's needs and standards.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with external technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new solutions.
• Lead research and development activities focused on emerging technologies, conducting pilot programs to test new solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Experience in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation within a law firm, legal tech provider, or technology consulting practice.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPlatform and other relevant technologies, such as document automation, AI, contract life cycle management, and data analytics.
